Processing Time All WatchlineSupplyCo. products are made to order through our production partner. Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be produced before it ships.
Shipping We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 on all domestic orders.
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 5-10 business days (including 2-5 business days production time)
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages WatchlineSupplyCo. is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at watchlinesupplyco@gmail.com, within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries through our production partner. International orders are subject to the following flat shipping rates:

- United Kingdom: $4.59 – $6.99 USD
- Europe (EU): $4.79 – $6.99 USD
- EFTA (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein): $9.99 – $10.99 USD

- Japan: $4.75 – $7.59 USD
- Brazil: $11.99 – $16.99 USD
- Worldwide (all other countries): $11.99 – $16.99 USD
Rates vary by product type. All rates are in USD.
Estimated Delivery Times (International): Delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to the 2–5 business day production time. Most international orders arrive within 10–20 business days after shipment.
Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate.
